Hi, I'm Cynthia (she/her), a Silicon Valley native!

I am a licensed psychotherapist/LMFT (MFC#53835), EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist and AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, working with individuals, both adults and teens. I see clients virtually from all areas of California.

I have been a mental health clinician for over 15 years, and my areas of focus include:

I am neurodivergent affirming, queer affirming, sex and gender minority inclusive, trauma informed, kink affirming and knowledgable, and a sex positive provider accepting of all relationship styles.

I most frequently utilize EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) as a Certified EMDR Therapist. As a self identified Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), I also enjoy working with other HSP folks. I place importance on being respectful and approachable.

In addition to weekly 50 min sessions for talk therapy, I offer weekly 80 min EMDR sessions, as well as longer EMDR intensive work (2-3 hours at a time). Let’s work together to customize a plan for what you need in our time together!
